We keep your data only as long as we need it. This policy explains how long different types of information are retained and what happens when you leave.
Active Accounts
While your account is active, we retain your profile, matches, and messages so you can use the platform fully.
When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, we remove your profile and personal data within 30 days. Some information may be retained longer where required by law or for legitimate safety purposes.
Messages
Messages are retained for the life of your account. After deletion, they are removed within the standard deletion window.
Safety Records
Records related to reports of abuse, bans, or legal matters may be retained for up to 3 years to protect the community and prevent re-offending.
Log Data
Routine system and analytics logs are generally retained for up to 12 months, then deleted or anonymized.
Legal Holds
Where we are legally required to preserve data — for example, in response to a lawful request — we will retain it for the duration required.
